Our 425 Bright Smiles program is our way of providing necessary routine dental care at a fair and affordable price! It includes 2 annual cleanings, fluoride treatments and exams, 1 emergency exam, and routine x-rays, PLUS a 20% discount on all other procedures done in our office, including select specialty work.
Upon meeting with our care team, your dentist or hygienist may suggest our
425 Bright Smiles Perio plan. This enhanced plan is designed to help get your oral health to the best place possible in treating and managing periodontal disease, and is available to opt in for
$141 down (for first three months) and $47/month. ($665 Savings.)
425 Bright Smiles is available for $99 down (for the first three months) and $33/month, with a savings of up to $308 if all services included were paid for individually. Our Perio option is available for $141 down (for the first three months) and $47/month.
We suggest the treatment that best treats your periodontal (gum) disease. For some patients, the severity of their gum disease can’t be managed with less frequent cleanings. We will ask your hygienist and doctor if this is possible and will follow up with you. We don’t want to sacrifice the level of care that we provide.
No. 425 Bright Smiles is not eligible to be billed through insurance and must be paid for out-of-pocket.
We’re happy to invite you to join us for your first exam and x-ray appointment for just $95, with no commitment to sign up for the program in order to get a feel for what our practice is all about. Just reach out to us to set up an appointment! Note, due to the WA insurance commissioner, the $95 exam and x-ray appointment fees cannot be applied to the cost of the 425 Bright Smiles Program unless you enroll the same day and before your initial visit payment has been received.
