At 425 Dental, we accept most insurance plans. For plans where we are not in-network, we work as an unrestricted dental provider. This means our practice operates with our patients’ best interests at heart – not the insurance companies. In these unique cases, we will still process your dental benefits on your behalf – and if you don’t have any insurance benefits, we will help you get the dental care you need with our 425 Bright Smiles Program.
While our office is dedicated to assisting you with maximizing your benefits, we cannot always guarantee coverage due to the uniqueness of each individual and their plan. We are happy to estimate your coverage in good faith.
When approved, your estimated portion must be paid when services are rendered. The remaining amount to be billed to the insurance company will be billed through our office, as a courtesy to our patients. As always, any and all questions are welcome and can be addressed by the 425 Dental team.
