Dr. Oleg Shvartsur believes dentistry should be built on trust, compassion, and truly listening to patients. His goal is for every person who walks into 425 Dental to feel heard, respected, and confident in the care they receive.
Dr. Oleg is particularly passionate about cosmetic dentistry and smile transformation. He enjoys helping patients rediscover confidence in their smiles and takes pride in designing treatment plans that blend aesthetics, function, and long-term oral health. He also has a strong interest in Invisalign and digital treatment planning, where technology allows him to combine precision, design, and personalized care to achieve excellent results.
His philosophy is simple: dentistry should never feel one-size-fits-all. Every patient comes with different experiences, goals, and comfort levels. Some patients prefer comprehensive treatment plans, while others choose a more conservative or phased approach. Dr. Oleg’s role is to educate, guide, and empower patients so they can make decisions that feel right for them.

Alongside his wife, Dr. Nikole, Dr. Oleg founded 425 Dental with a vision of creating a modern, collaborative dental environment where patients could receive comprehensive care under one roof. The practice includes multiple specialists, allowing doctors to work together seamlessly to deliver coordinated care without sending patients to multiple offices.
Dr. Oleg has been practicing dentistry for over 15 years and has proudly served the Issaquah community throughout that time. Over the years, Dr. Oleg’s career has evolved from focusing solely on clinical excellence to understanding the deeper human side of dentistry. He believes the best outcomes happen when empathy, communication, and technical skill come together.
Outside the practice, Dr. Oleg enjoys staying active through weightlifting, boxing, and kickboxing. Most importantly, he enjoys spending time with his children and family.
For Dr. Oleg, dentistry has always been about people and relationships. He believes that behind every smile is a story, and getting to know patients beyond the dental chair is one of the most rewarding parts of his profession.
Dr. Oleg has deep roots in the Eastside community. Having grown up in the 425 area code, he named the practice 425 Dental as a tribute to the place he calls home.
He is also the founder of 425 Smiles, a community-focused initiative he has led for over four years to support and give back to local families facing financial hardship who are in need of dental care.
He enjoys staying involved with local schools and youth programs and coaches youth basketball teams each year. Dr. Oleg is passionate about mentoring future dental professionals and regularly works with dental and hygiene students through his role as Affiliate Faculty at the University of Washington School of Dentistry.
