“I’m excited to be a part of the 425 Dental team and play an integral role in our patients’ beautiful, healthy and confident smiles!”
– Dr. Samuel Snipes

Dr. Samuel Snipes, DDS, was born and raised in Yakima, WA where he assisted his family farming apples, cherries, and pears in the Yakima Valley. He attended the University of Washington, where he earned his degree in Biochemistry (with a minor in Spanish – he can speak it fluently!) Dr. Snipes continued his studies at the University of Washington School of Dentistry, where he served as Class President for all four years. He was the recipient of the John C. Kois Prize for Excellence in Restorative Clinical Dentistry and was accepted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) Dental Honors Society as a lifelong member upon graduation from dental school.

Dr. Snipes has dreamed of a career in dentistry since he was 15, and his love of the field has been growing every single day! His own orthodontist left a lasting impression on him, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment along with care that boosted his confidence as a teenager. He loves building lifelong relationships with his patients and helping them with their specific needs. His goal as a dentist is simple: to make his patients feel safe and confident in their dental care while providing them with the knowledge and education they need to make well-informed decisions about their oral health.

Dr. Snipes is passionate about volunteer work; he assists organizations such as the Seattle Union Gospel Mission and Medical Teams International and remains very active in his Christian church community. When not at 425 Dental, you may find Dr. Snipes anywhere in the world, as he loves to travel. He’s also interested in sports, fitness, cooking, and dancing – which he has enjoyed for years. Dr. Snipes married his wife, Olivia, in August of 2023 in his hometown and now gets to enjoy all these aspects of life with her!
