First Visit

When you arrive for your first visit, you’ll be provided with links to complete all necessary insurance and health information forms online. If you haven’t completed them beforehand, don’t worry—you can fill them out at our office upon arrival. Please be sure to inform us of any medications you are taking, as well as the name of your general physician.

Patients over the age of 18 will have a comprehensive exam with a doctor prior to their cleaning, which may occur on the same day or be scheduled for another visit. For patients ages 10-18, the exam and cleaning will be done within the same hour-long appointment.

During your initial exam, we will utilize the latest dental technology to take necessary X-rays and, at times, intraoral photos. These tools will assist the doctor in discussing your treatment needs, ensuring you are actively involved in planning your oral health care.

Please note that while we provide consultations and second opinions, we do not offer Sleep Apnea consultations at no charge, as we do not treat Sleep Apnea in our office with appliances. In cases where Sleep Apnea is suspected, we refer patients to their medical providers for appropriate care.
