As Eastside’s leading family & specialty dental practice, we’re always looking to grow and progress. In the past four years, we’ve more than doubled our size, seen upward growth in all departments, and added team members who set the bar for excellence high – and we’re looking to add more remarkable team members!
About Us
425 Dental delivers a comprehensive dental care philosophy that covers every aspect of dentistry and integrates it all with specialty dental care. We have assembled a team of skilled dental care providers in order to provide all the services that our community needs in a single, convenient location.
425 Dental was founded by Dr. Oleg Shvartsur, a graduate of the University of Washington School of Dentistry. Dr. Oleg leads by example and sets the standard for 425 Dental’s commitment to the community via his dedication to continuing education, faculty at UW Dental School, as well as various charitable efforts to support those in need throughout King County – such as 425 Smiles, our charity event in which we work closely with dental school students and dental professionals from around the area to provide dental care to those in need, free of charge. Events like this give our team the opportunity to be a part of something that goes beyond just clinical dentistry.
425 Dental employs over 30 full-time employees in-office , 3 full-time doctors, and 5 in-house specialists that work in our Specialty Care Clinic across the hallway.
We love growth – both expanding our team and seeing our team members make new strides in their skills and careers. We offer experience in any field in dentistry, either clinical or administrative, as we have in-house specialists and do ALL aspects of dentistry by the best providers in our area. We are dedicated to safety in our office, providing exceptional dental care in an environment that is welcoming, comfortable, and supportive. As such, all 425 Dental staff members are provided the proper PPE needed in order to protect each other and our patients from the spread of infectious diseases, especially COVID-19. Providers in our office are supplied with CDC-approved respirators and face shields, while other team members are provided appropriate face masks that must be worn at all times inside the office. 425 Dental has worked hard to gain the trust of the Issaquah community over the last 10 years, and strives to prove that trust well placed in our efforts to combat COVID-19.
We’re excited to bring back our beloved summer tradition of Weiner Wednesdays, where we celebrate our amazing team with a delicious midweek lunch! Can this group of dedicated dental professionals be any more fun? We don’t think so…
About You
We hire people at 425 Dental – not resumes. Our staff is made up of individuals from all walks of life. Some have completed dental assisting programs, others have not. We train entry dental assisting positions, even those with no prior experience – which saves both time and money for team members that want to get into dentistry! When considering new team members, we’re always looking for the following:
Positive Attitude: Some days are more challenging than others. The ability to keep a smile on your face, and attend to the needs of the patient is critical. Our attitudes are reflective in our work, and 425 Dental prides itself on maintaining a friendly, comfortable atmosphere for its patients.
Adaptive: The dental field is regularly changing, and the ability to change alongside and adopt modern techniques and solutions is critical. 425 Dental regularly adopts the latest in dental technology and methodology, and the ideal candidate will be ready and willing to accommodate.
Dependable: A solid recall program and upwards of 50 new patients each month keeps our schedule busy. By consistently having a full team that can rely on one another in the office, we can best accommodate appointment requests and patient needs.

New staff members joining the practice create a fun opportunity to apply what they’ve learned and educate in the areas they’ve excelled in, while experiencing and adapting to the 425 Dental culture that we’ve created.
