Treatment Plan/Financial Coordinator | Issaquah, WA

425 Dental is searching for a Treatment Plan/Financial Coordinator to join our dental family. The ideal candidate will be willing to work together closely in order to provide our community with the highest quality dental care possible in a safe, friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

The Treatment Plan/Financial Coordinator will be primarily focused on preparing and presenting treatment plans and financial estimates for patients. They are responsible for being knowledgeable with various insurance plans, manuals, exclusions, limitations and more, assuring they are giving patients the best possible information regarding their coverage and out of pocket expenses.

-Dependable: A solid recall program and upwards of 50 new patients each month keeps our schedule busy. By consistently having a full team in the office, we can best accommodate appointment requests and patient needs. The ideal candidate can be relied on to fulfill their duties, actively work on improving their shortcomings, and working closely with the entire team to create the ideal environment for both patients and one another.

425 Dental was founded by Dr. Oleg Shvartsur, a graduate of the University of Washington School of Dentistry. Dr. Oleg leads by example and sets the standard for 425 Dental’s commitment to the community via his dedication to continuing education, as well as various charitable efforts to support those in need throughout King County.

425 Dental employs over 25+ full-time employees in-office, 3 full-time doctors, and 3 in-house specialists that rotate days in our office.

We are dedicated to safety in our office, providing exceptional dental care in an environment that is welcoming, comfortable, and supportive. As such, all 425 Dental staff members are provided the proper PPE needed in order to protect each other and our patients from the spread of infectious diseases, especially COVID-19. Providers in our office are supplied with CDC-approved respirators and face shields, while other team members are provided appropriate face masks that must be worn at all times inside the office. 425 Dental has worked hard to gain the trust of the Issaquah community over the last several years, and strives to prove that trust well placed in our efforts to combat COVID-19.
