Job Summary:

425 Dental is seeking a Part-Time Grass Roots Marketing Specialist to support the growth of both our in-house membership plan, 425 Bright Smiles, and the expansion of our Smile Box Program by building relationships with local businesses, apartment buildings, and leasing agents.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for outreach efforts that drive brand awareness and sales growth for 425 Dental while embodying the company’s mission, vision, and core values. As a Grass Roots Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the 425 Dental Team and Fractional CMO to identify new opportunities to engage with the community and build lasting relationships with local businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative outreach efforts to promote 425 Dental’s in-house membership plan, 425 Bright Smiles, to local businesses.
• Develop and implement creative outreach efforts to promote 425 Dental’s Smile Box Program, to local apartment communities and leasing agents.
• Attend local events and networking opportunities to promote 425 Dental’s services and membership plan.
• Build and distribute Smile Boxes to local apartment communities.
• Monitor Smile Box inventory, provide reporting, and identify when new product orders must be made.
• Distribute 425 Bright Smiles Flyers to local businesses.
• Collaborate with the 425 Team to provide engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms from local events.
• Monitor and report on the success of these campaigns and adjust as needed with the collaboration of the 425 Team.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on marketing initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with interest in creating a healthier community.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
